Certified Transactional Analyst - CTA Counselling
PTSTA Counselling

Welcome to my Website
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor working online, short and long-term, with individuals, couples and groups.

I have over 15 years of experience in a range of areas. My background is working in mental health settings.

I work with people who are experiencing:
 - anxiety
 - anger
 - depression
 - stress
 - low self-esteem
 - separation and divorce
 - menopause
 - relationship difficulties
 - infertility

I specialise in people experiencing menopause symptoms,
struggling with fertility and men's mental health.

I work focusing on the here and now rather than exploring the past offering a warm, non-judgmental, empathic approach. We can work together at your own pace to think about how you can deal with the issues you are facing differently and help you understand what is happening, why it is happening and the changes you could make. I work primarily using transactional analysis, one of the most accessible types of counselling, offering a space to promote personal growth and change.

I am a Senior Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and I work within their Ethical Frameworks. I am also a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA).

I am registered with Bupa, Vitality, Aviva & Axa insurance, if you are eligible for free counselling via your health insurance please do get in touch.
