I work online offering a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth space where you’ll be listened to — without judgement. We’ll work together, at your pace, to make sense of what’s happening, understand why it’s affecting you, and explore what could change. I use Transactional Analysis – a practical, straightforward form of counselling that supports personal growth and real-life change.

I’m a Senior Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I’m also an Senior Accredited member of the BACP, working within their ethical guidelines and aligned with SCoPED Column C, a member of International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA).
