I use Transactional Analysis – a practical, straightforward form of counselling that supports personal growth and real-life change.

I’m a Senior Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, working within their ethical guidelines and aligned with SCoPED Column C. I’m also an Accredited member of the BACP, a member of International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA).
