Resources
There are many books and websites out there that will promise to help you feel better, and some will!
Here are some of my favourite books and resources for a range of topics.
1
Neurodiversity
This book was a game changer for me, The Autistic Guide to Therapy by Steph Jones. She says: "This is the book that would've saved me nine different therapists, decades of self-analysis, thousands of pounds, twelve different doctors and untold amounts of pain, frustration and trauma - in spending a lifetime looking for the right answers in the wrong places I've become an accidental expert."
You can buy it here: https://uk.jkp.com/products/the-autistic-survival-guide-to-therapy

Relationships
Harville Hendrix & Helen LaKelly Hunt are favourites in my work. Their concept of Imago therapy, how we spend most of our time in relationships relating unconsciously can be a powerful tool when working with couples. You can read more about this approach here: https://harvilleandhelen.com/
