How can counselling & psychotherapy help?
Counsellors and psychotherapists are trained to help people who are struggling, find support that enables them to make the changes they decide they want to make. This may be a change in behaviour, a reduction in symptoms (i.e. anxiety relief) or to identify patterns in their lives and break free of unhealthy relationships.

How long is a counselling session?
Each session lasts for 50 minutes, usually weekly but this can be flexible to suit you, doesn't have to be the same time / day each week.

How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different, we can work together at your pace for as long as you feel comfortable.

How much does it cost?
I charge £65 per 50 minute session for individuals, £80 for couples sessions for an hour. The fee is payable by bank transfer before each session.

What do I do now?
Contact me and we can meet online for a 30 minute free session to see if you think I am the counsellor for you,  we can think together about how we can make the changes you would like.
